Sock Class

Toe up socks on magic loop. September 3-24, 2024 4:00-6:00 pm

It is back to school for knitter's too. Come learn the magic that is magic loop. This is an advanced class. You will learn magic loop, Judy's magic cast on, and how to turn a heal. We will be doing these socks on fingering weight so if you haven't worked with superfine yarn before my other class with socks on worsted weight might be more your speed. 

Supplies

• Yarn must be purchased at Mad Knitter's Yarn. Fingering weight size 1 or "sock weight" depending on what you choose these are common terms for the yarn.
• You can bring needles if you already have them. US 1, 1.5, or 2 is ideal depending on your gauge at least a 32" circular cord. 

Skills needed to join are 

• Working in the round 
• knit
• purl
• working with fingering or super fine yarn at least once in another project.
